Beverly Park  consists of two guard-gated communities that sit within the Beverly Hills Post Office (BHPO) area of Los Angeles. Homes here have the prestige of Beverly Hills with its 90210-zip code. Despite having the world famous 90210 zip code, this is technically the city of Los Angles. Beverly Park was developed by Brian Adler. Beverly Park is divided into two distinctive areas’; Beverly Park North and Beverly Park South.   Both North Beverly Park and South Beverly Park subdivisions built in the 1990’s have large lots.  This area is highly desirable due to its large lots and security.   

The HOA mandates a minimum size for houses here starting at 5,000 square feet. The average estates in the neighborhood are 1.5 to 2 acres.  Some homes are sitting on several acres and the largest sits on over 10 acres. A variety of architectural styles are found here Contemporary, French, Mediterranean, Modern, and Traditional homes. Beverly Park is known for its privacy as well as luxury and it's been a favorite location for all types of celebrities – actors, musicians, sports legends, media moguls and more to call home. This community is completely secure from paparazzi and visitors must be invited.  Beverly Park is an ideal community split into two distinctive neighborhoods – South Beverly Park which contains 16 homes and North Beverly Park which contains 64 homes for a total of 80 homes.

Every home in this community is a custom build.  The most common style found here is the classical Tuscan – which was very popular in the 90’s.  Beverly Park North has been more desirable than Beverly Park South due to newer construction – mostly in the 90’s verse the 80’s.  Homes in Beverly Park North tend to be larger 10,000 – 30,000 square feet verses the 8,000 – 10,000 square feet homes in Beverly Park South.    The North Beverly Park entrance is located at 13100 Mulholland Drive. 

Beverly Park has been home to many celebrities including; Sylvester Stallone, Eddie Murphy, Mark Wahlberg, Magic Johnson, Wayne Gretzky, Kenny Rogers, Rod Stewart, Denzel Washington, Samuel Jackson and more.
