Beverly Park consists of two guard-gated communities that sit within the Beverly Hills Post Office (BHPO) area of Los Angeles. Homes here have the prestige of Beverly Hills with its 90210-zip code. Despite having the world famous 90210 zip code, this is technically the city of Los Angles. Beverly Park was developed by Brian Adler. Beverly Park is divided into two distinctive areas’; Beverly Park North and Beverly Park South. Both North Beverly Park and South Beverly Park subdivisions built in the 1990’s have large lots.
